Terms of Service
1. About us
BizBoost Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland, CRO 817845. Registered office: The Cottage, Clonswords, Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin, A41 W440, Ireland. You can reach us at productions@bizboost.ie. These terms apply to our SEO plans for businesses in the United States (SEO Starter, SEO Growth and SEO Pro). By signing up to a plan you agree to them, and you confirm you can sign up on behalf of your business.
2. What each plan includes
Each plan includes what is listed for it on our plans on the day you sign up. We will not reduce what your plan includes while you are on it.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. There is no setup fee. Sales tax is added only where the law requires it. We give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, we may pause the service until it is.
4. Cancelling
There is no contract. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice, by email to productions@bizboost.ie. Your service continues during the notice period. Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
5. Access to your Google Business Profile and website
You add us as a Manager on your Google Business Profile, and give us editor access to your website if you have one. You remain the owner and can remove us at any time. We only make changes that are part of your plan, we follow Google’s guidelines (no fake reviews, no keyword-stuffed business names, no fake addresses), and we never ask for your password. Google decides whether to accept profile edits and can suspend profiles; we are not responsible for Google’s decisions, but we will help you put things right.
6. Rankings
Search engines decide rankings. Apart from the 90-day promise and the SEO Pro Top 3 guarantee, both set out on our guarantee page, we do not guarantee any particular ranking, number of visitors or number of calls. We do guarantee the work: we will do what your plan includes, every month, and report it to you.
7. Free website with SEO Growth or SEO Pro
If you join SEO Growth or SEO Pro and do not have a website, or your website is out of date, we will design and build a new custom one-page website for you at no charge, host it with SSL and keep it up to date while you stay on your plan. You choose whether to use your existing domain or register a new one in your business’s name.
If you cancel within the first 6 months, the website comes down at the end of your notice period; your domain always stays yours. After 6 months on your plan, you can keep the website files when you leave at no charge. One free website per business.
8. Support
Support is by email, and by call on SEO Growth and SEO Pro, with the reply times listed for your plan. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays and Irish public holidays.
9. Who owns what
Your Google Business Profile, your website and your content always remain yours. Pages and content we create for you as part of your plan are yours once paid for. The tools and know-how we use remain ours.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use our services for anything unlawful, misleading or infringing. You confirm you hold the licenses your trade requires where you work, and that the information you give us about your business is true.
11. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits. Our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
